Job Description

What we expect:

Extraordinary Customer Care where a passion for going the extra mile is the standard

At least 1 year proven team leading experience in customer support, multi channel experience is a great advantage (calls, emails, chat, social media)
Ability to set priorities and work efficiently
Ability to lead, develop, coach and inspire a team of Customer Care Specialists to deliver consistent world-class customer service
Ability to liaise with other Team Managers to ensure a consistent approach
Ability to work under pressure with a smile on your face
Solution driven individuals
Excellent command of English, both in spoken and written form
Experience from the travel industry (flight ticket sales) is an advantage
What you need to know:

We provide service to our customer on a  24/7 operation, shift work is required6:30 – 14:30, 9:00 – 17:00, 14:30 – 22:30, 22:30 – 6:30

A full time role where the customers come first, you will be helping our global customers with their travel enquiries
